Here are the step-by-step instructions to guide you on how to create an email.
Go to Engagement -> Marketing -> Email: https://prism.gokai.co/engagement/marketing/email
You may either create a new email or edit an existing email from here.
1. Choose a "Layout" to create a custom email or choose a "Theme" for a simpler option.

- Birthday Email
- Stay Anniversary Email
- Hotel Newsletter
- Room Promo Email
- Festive Promo (Christmas, NYE, CNY etc.) Email
- Package Promo Email
- Stay & Dine Promotion Email
- Stay & Spa Promotion Email
- Wellness Packages Promo Email
- Announcement
2. Editing the chosen layout or theme.
- Drag and drop content blocks into the email.
- Click the content block to edit and fine-tune phrases with AI-powered "Smart Text".
- Insert Merge Tags to make your email content more personalized.
- Remember to update the Socia Media links in the email footer. Click on the block and edit the links on the right side.
- If you would like to keep the same content but use a different template, the Switch Template function allows you to do so.
3. Send Test Email or Save as Template
If you want to use the email in the future, save it as a template by clicking on Save as Template, naming it, and it will appear in Saved Templates.
